Synopsis:
Chen Linyun had spend the night together in a dorm room with a drunken girl he had mistaken for a boy when he was still eighteen years old during his sophomore year in the university. jonathanobama: Came across this novel few days ago but I was captured from the beginning. it really stars as an innocent story. i do have to say the twist and turns, the ups and downs make this really feel like a realistic novel. Which is a good thing despite the ending which just breaks your heart after the long journey you’ve been on with all the characters. So congrats to the author you wrote a good novel!!

Ducky28: This story is good any person can get lost in this world. This story is also unique and has a way that is able to touch a persons heart. Instead of the usual Strong, confident and Powerful ML we have two genuine people. This is a love story that is realistic but also has a touch of fantasy which anybody can enjoy.

StanJLP: It took me a while to get around to finishing this as I was waiting for the novel to be completed. If I’m being completely honest, I’m severely disappointed. There was simply too much tragedy that I was constantly left with a heavy heart when reading and it was only more so reinforced with how things ended.

However, I will congratulate you on finishing your first novel. You can’t please everybody and I applaud you for sticking to what you wanted to write to the end.

Ally_thesaint: This book really deserve to be way above the list. It’s a sweet storyline, has lots of fluffiness but nothing is rushed. The ML is not the usual cold, rich and powerful tycoon insteadis portrayed as someone way below the status of FL. FL is nothing like a damsel in distress, she single handedly brings around their family business after her brother’s death. ML’s progress, conviction etc are steady. You don’t feel like it’s being unnecessarily dragged on.

kittyPus: This bittersweet romantic love story really left me teary eyed. The ending is so unexpected, never cried so much while reading but still I think it’s one of a kind happy ending. I would love to read another book of this author, hopefully with a more frequent update this time. But nevertheless enjoyed this novel throughouly, totally worth the wait. I would recommend this to everyone as it brings a fresh pallet in this web novel world.

chibi_nerdy: Gemerally, the main male character is powerful, rich and has upper hand in the relationship while female lead is shy(in front of her love ofc) and most of the times not as powerful and influential as ML. But this story is a bit different. Here the character traits are reversed which is quite refreshing. The female lead is a powerful business woman while the ML is a genius but non influential guy who is always blushing whenever FL lead teases him. It’s a sweet story without many antagonists. Good to read😃😃

IAMorales: This story has got me hooked! Perhaps one reason could be that it’s plot is not the usual where the ML is the wealthy CEO who tends to be cold and overbearing. Here we have one who is kind, smart, and very sweet! He doesn’t hold back his feelings for the FL. The other characters have also been given substantial amount of depth as far as the story goes. Please vote with your power stones for this novel. It deserves to rank high! Kudos to the author!

Freakzilla: I love how the storyline is moving forward steadily. It’s not holding back without reason and the updates have (as far as I know) always been punctual, too. The characters appear realistic and really sweet, especially the guy, who isn’t as emotionless as most other male MCs in web novels. They both charmed me with their bashfulness 😍😍😍 Note: this is really a LOVE-story and good in that aspect. So don’t expect the characters to meet any live-threatening situations.
There may sometimes be minor errors in the language, but they are barely notable. The setting is modern China. The story would work out nearly everywhere else too though, so it’s not only for China-fans.

JhowSS: For those who like a different romance. Where FL is the one who comes from an elite family unlike ML.
A good read with a sweet novel:
ML is one of my favorite novels I read. Timid but when the time comes the courage has. One of the most understanding ones I’ve ever seen (sometimes even too understanding).
The FL is a girl who has to hide her true self because of the family business. She is cheerful, bossy, malicious (in a good way), she is strong in business and weak to the family (too much).
Antagonist who could be an ML from another CEO novel (arrogant, proud, selfish, cold? …) to understand why he did what he did (though I still hate him).
A best friend who is self-hypocritical and selfish balances on two sides (whoever read understands).
NOTE: For those who do not like an FL that is indecisive about their feelings can get a little annoyed (he hurt the ML 4 times before calling him that likes him, and then can barely wait for the guy for 6 months – almost started liking a guy that appeared out of nowhere – being the ML endured more than 5 years).
In the case of the baby, the ML who blames herself more than she has to drown in guilt while trying to console the FL, only to hurt him again and again (and still wants to be jealous of her own friend). Fortunate FL that ML is understanding and loves her a lot, otherwise it was already.
Even though I’m not very much in favor of FL, you can understand her feelings and what she sacrificed for her reaction as well.
