rskdrama: Looking for a novel with a hen pecked ML and a cute FL, you are in the right place.
ML is nearly mafia. FL has a dark past. Both don’t talk about this to either.
Lots of lovey dovey affections and arguments.
Beginning is too passe, but novel gets better with the twists and no answers.
Fantagu: It’s an amazing story. A must read!! The characters are amazing and very well designed. Writing quality is very good. The couple do not always fight and is mature enough to solve their by talking after giving each other some time to calm down. And the good thing nothing seems to be exaggerated except Li Jun’s power(which I kinda like).
benjet: This novel is one of the best stories here on webnovel. If you are tired of domineering CEOs’, and you want to see an attentive and focused male lead who doesn’t back out of any challenge but is quick witted….this is one novel you should not miss out on.

JCE: I was looking for some good read and I stumbled upon this hidden gem. It started rigth of at the beginning of the couple’s marriage and goes from there. FL and ML are so in love with each other but still have their own personal struggles that makes them human. It’s a breath of fresh air from the usual power couples, though from the author’s note it seems like the FL and ML are packed a good and mysterious background.
Have a gopd read!! It’s definitely worth your time.
qKira: The novel has cute fluffiness, enough shamelessness, and good story plot. There is romance and problems. Very small misunderstanding and nothing drags on. Characters and secrets are explored and developed as the story goes on.
IAMorales: I read this story without any expectations, but to my surprise, it is very interesting! The plot is well thought of by the author. It has drama, humor, action, and (surprise!) tasteful snu-snu! Each chapter, even the ones that serve as fillers, is quite enjoyable. I am looking forward to reading it daily now. Hope more readers discover it and support it like I did and do.
SniperGirl: This book has the normal setup of a rich businessman and a poor girl but the characters are refreshingly human. Yes the male lead is super powerful and rich. Yes he has learned all sorts of things since he was a child. Yes he has a complicated family.. but he is so normal.. he is funny and understanding.. he has friends and has been a player before. He loves his wife and lets her know in every way he can. I found him to be very different from all the heroes I have met till now in webnovels..
And the girl.. well I haven’t read enough to know her background but she is a person who has struggled all her life and naturally has insecurities about not being good enough but she understands how that can harm her relationship with her husband and tries to fight her demons. Overall she might not be strong but she is smart!
Plus they are already married and the story starts from their honeymoon which saves us a lot of the drama and is actually a pretty sweet start!

I started reading this book two days ago and I just caught up with the entire story.. would have done it sooner if life hadn’t gotten in the way..
The male lead is rich and cool but at the same time he is a funny, wife-loving, horny bastard that you can’t help but love.. he is refreshingly human in the sense that he makes mistakes with relationship with his wife and acknowledges them..
The female lead is the typical poor girl who has struggled a lot but gets the insecurities and vulnerabilities she developed because of her hard life and tries not to let them hurt her future.. she is one cute lady who has just found a breather in life and is enjoying her husband caring for her.. she deserves it!
Overall it’s a great story.. highly entertaining and definitely worth your time..!
komorebi_rose: I’ve read a little more than 100 chapters now AND FIRST OF ALL 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. The story is very interesting and keeps you craving for more. If you are looking for something with lots of cute (and funny) romance I would definitely suggest this novel.
I love the fact that the FL isn’t weak and doesn’t always listen to the ML. There have been some scenes where the ML wants the FL to do something she doesn’t want (like not work) and usually the FL would just listen to what she’s told BUT this one doesn’t. I love that she doesn’t put up with his unreasonable requests.
I also love how the ML treats the FL and isn’t as domineering as some other MLs. He always puts her first and when ever they get into fights he just lets her calm down and then sweetly talks it out with her.
Another thing I love about this novel is that there are no misunderstandings. It’s truly so refreshing to read this after novels that took 400 or more chapters to clear up a simple misunderstanding.
I think the FL and ML have a very healthy and loving relationship. They are always taking into consideration each other’s feelings and are definitely couple goals. Their scenes are always so cute and make me a bit jealous when I’m reading them.
Thank you author for writing such a wonderful story😄. It’s truly an amazing story and I’m so excited to read more.
